Opening a Ticket

If you are unable to find an answer to your question you can open a ticket using the message box in the lower right of the page. Please include any relevant details, such as your username on the website, what page or pages you are referring to, and if applicable the browser and computer/device you are using to access it.

    Hello. I signed up to receive my daily e-mail reminders and have not received an e-mail to verify.  I white listed you and checked SPAM.  Looking forward to receiving them.  Thanks for your help.

    P.S. why do you need to create another user id and password for Base Camp?  Doesn't really make sense.

    i registered and tried to sign in, but didn’t see my profile or any content. I received one email which did not solve the problem.

    I registered- did not work, then followed the instructions to reregister with a different email, etc.  I also registered for this site- the to be able to submit a ticket.  However, I keep seeing references to starting a ticket but no available place to do so.  I would love to be able to access the website portion companion to the book- please advise.

    I registered and have received activation emails, but when I click on the link to activate my account, it says I must provide a valid activation key which is not in the activation email. Where do I find the valid activation key?
